In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and commissioning Servomex systems, ensuring reliable performance and a consistently high customer experience.\nYou will work autonomously at customer sites while collaborating closely with internal engineering, sales, and systems teams to deliver high-quality technical gas analysis solutions.\nThe successful candidate will have both Dutch and English languages and will have full authorization to work in the Netherlands on a permanent basis.\nAbout The Opportunity:\nService, repair, and commission all Servomex products, ensuring high equipment performance and contributing to the company’s strong reputation through consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.\nCarry out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) on systems.\nSupport service quotation activities and actively contribute to identifying and developing service-related business opportunities.\nProvide technical assistance for sales enquiries and advise customers on the benefits of Servomex service and maintenance contracts.\nComplete all service, repair, and commissioning reports, along with any other required technical or quality documentation, accurately and on time.\nEnsure Servomex equipment complies with relevant health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with internal departments regarding customer requirements, technical issues, and equipment performance.\nSupport the Systems Engineering team with system build and testing activities to ensure systems meet required performance and specification prior to shipment.\nTravel regularly throughout the Netherlands, with flexibility to travel across the wider Benelux region as required.\nAbout Your Talent:\nFlexibility and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.\nA good working knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.\nA full, clean driving licence.\nProven experience working as a Field Service Engineer (or in a closely related role), with hands-on responsibility for repairing, installing, and troubleshooting instrumentation systems.\nStrong background in electronics and instrumentation.\nExperience delivering customer training at various technical levels.\nAbility to build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with customers.\nExperience working within one or more of the following industries would be advantageous:Oil & Gas\nIndustrial Gases\nSemiconductor\n\nPractical experience with start-up, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities.\nAbility to interpret maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.\nStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nComfortable working independently and remotely, with minimal supervision, and motivated to manage your own workload effectively.\nVCA-VOL certification already achieved, or willingness to obtain this qualification.\nA technical degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline would be an advantage.\nA full job description will be provided during the interview process.\n\"The training programs provided have equipped me with the technical expertise and confidence required to perform my role effectively.
