We are looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team in Crowborough and play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, driving quality performance and supporting business growth.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on quality professional who enjoys solving complex problems, leading improvement initiatives and working closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to deliver meaningful results.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a Quality Engineer, you will:\nSupport the development, implementation and sustainment of manufacturing and business processes across UKTC Operations, New Value Introduction (NVI) and Value Engineering (VE) activities.\nDrive manufacturing improvements through structured problem-solving activities and coaching of manufacturing teams.\nMonitor, analyse and report quality-related KPI data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement\nManage and support the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and improve manufacturing process controls.\nLead process and product improvement projects.]\nSupport compliance with Servomex quality assurance standards and best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Skills & Experience\nProven experience as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, tools and techniques.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nExperience implementing process controls and quality improvement initiatives.\nAbility to coach and mentor others in structured problem-solving techniques.\nA practical, hands-on approach with the drive to deliver sustainable improvements.\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nLean Manufacturing methodologies.\nISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing.\nExperience within electronics and/or mechanical manufacturing environments.\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) experience.\nPower BI, Power Apps or Power Automate.\nSAP and Minitab.\nSix Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent experience\nHNC (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.\nWhat's in it for You?\nHear from our Team\n\"I feel fortunate to be part of a company that values its employees’ growth and well-being as much as their contributions.
