Working across one or more projects, you will support the production and coordination of high-quality digital engineering information, including coordinated working drawings, installation and manufacturing drawings, models and project data.\nYou will work collaboratively with project teams, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure digital activities align with project requirements and recognised information management standards. Using platforms including AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Autodesk Fabrication and Navisworks, you will help deliver coordinated digital solutions that support safe, efficient and successful project delivery\nWhat you'll be doing:\nProduce and coordinate mechanical, public health, electrical services and builders' work drawings in line with agreed project programmes and BSRIA BG6 requirements.\nDevelop coordinated working, installation, fabrication and record drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks and other digital platforms.\nReview project specifications, employer's requirements, technical standards and other relevant project information.\nSupport project delivery in accordance with information management standards, including ISO 19650, BSRIA BG6 and the SES Digital Engineering Manual.\nCoordinate digital activities with project teams and other areas of the Digital Engineering function, including Information Management.\nProduce Digital Performance Reports and provide clear feedback on project progress, performance and areas requiring attention.\nProvide digital engineering expertise during project meetings and work collaboratively with customers, consultants and supply chain partners.\nSupport Digital Engineering strategic activities and mentor Assistant Digital Engineers and Apprentices where required.\nWhat you will bring:\nA strong understanding of Building Information Modelling, Digital Engineering and information management standards, including ISO 19650.\nPractical experience using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks, Solibri and other BIM platforms.\nA good understanding of construction management processes and the BSRIA BG6 Design Framework.\nA Level 5 qualification in Building Services Engineering, Digital Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong communication, coordination and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.\nWhat we will offer you: A senior leadership role with the opportunity to shape Digital Engineering across SES projects and bids.\nThe opportunity to work on technically challenging projects using industry-leading digital engineering tools and methods.\nExperience working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and supply chain partners across the full project lifecycle.\nOpportunities to develop your technical capability and progress your career within Digital Engineering.\nA collaborative environment where innovation, expertise and continuous improvement are encouraged and recognised.\nCompetitive salary and bonus scheme.\nFlexible working.\nCar allowance/company car, subject to role and grade.\nTravel covered to our sites in line with company policy.\nExtensive corporate benefits including private medical cover, pension with 6% employer contribution, health and wellbeing support, 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays and much more.\nExcellent learning and development opportunities to support your career progression.\nIndustry-leading family leave benefits, including 26 weeks' fully paid maternity leave and 12 weeks' fully paid paternity leave.\nOur commitments:\nSES is proud to be an employer where anyone can thrive, and we welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
