This role will focus on enterprise transformation to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives within SES. The role involves leading and managing a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits, as well as contributing to the execution of complex, top-priority projects across the enterprise. The incumbent is expected to oversee the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, program and/or project teams, stake-holders, communication, issues, and risks. The right candidate will have enterprise transformation expe-rience, the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity, and the communication skills to make complex initia-tives understandable to leadership.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS\nLead and manage a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits, within the PMO scope.\nOversee the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, program team, stakeholders, com-munication, issues, and risks.\nReport to the Executive Sponsor and to the Executive Steering Committee on the delivery of the Program.\nProvide guidance and support to project managers and oversee the integrated project plan and budget.\nManage constraints and interdependencies across programs and secure program resources.\nSurface enterprise risks, trade-offs, and decision needs.\nManage Program communications and stakeholder engagement.\nManage and resolve program- and project-level risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and monitor and report on program status, financial performance, and expected benefits.\nDrive repeatable governance and reporting discipline and facilitate updates to Program Roadmaps.\nAssess proposed changes for impacts to scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies, and expected benefits.\nFacilitate executive and working-level governance forums, ensuring that decisions, actions, owners, and target dates are clearly documented and followed through.\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nMinimum 10 years of applicable professional experience, preferably in program management, trans-formation, or a comparable role within a technology or space-driven company.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-fucntional projects or programs involv-ing multiple business functions, geographies, and senior stakeholders.\nProject Management or Agile certification is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.\nProven ability to establish governance, integrate plans across workstreams, manage dependencies, and provide objective exeucutive-level reporting.\nProficiency with modern project management tools and technologies.\n\nSES and its Affiliated Companies are committed to providing fair and equal employment opportunities to all.
