Enterprise Program Manager ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This is a key role within the Enterprise Program Management Office. This role will focus on enterprise transformation to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives within SES. The role involves leading and managing a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits, as well as contributing to the execution of complex, top-priority projects across the enterprise. The incumbent is expected to oversee the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, program and/or project teams, stake-holders, communication, issues, and risks. The right candidate will have enterprise transformation expe-rience, the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity, and the communication skills to make complex initia-tives understandable to leadership.
