Our comprehensive HR platform streamlines and automates the hiring process for farms and seamlessly integrates their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time.\nSeso has raised over $60M from Tier I investors including Index, Founders Fund, and Mary Meeker at Bond, and has been recognized with awards including Forbes Rising Stars and Andreessen Horowitz's American Dynamism 50.\nAbout the role\nSeso is hiring a Financial Analyst to own our revenue model and forecasting. Seso helps agricultural employers hire, onboard and pay seasonal workers through the H-2A program, and finance sits at the center of how contracts turn into invoices, cash and reported revenue.\nThis is a hands-on role for a self-starter who would rather build a tool than repeat a task twice. You'll report to the Controller and work daily across all functions. We use AI across everything we do, and we want someone who will push that further.\nWhat you'll do\nRevenue model and forecasting\nOwn the revenue model by product line, pulling actuals from the ERP and tying them out every month.\nDevelop the initial yearly forecast and maintain model updates with actuals and scenario changes, and present the results and drivers to the Controller.\nUpdate the bookings plan against actuals and partner with RevOps on ARR / revenue run-rate reporting.\nRevenue reporting\nOwn monthly revenue reporting and revenue Budget vs. Actuals, including variance commentary for finance and leadership.\nReconcile the revenue model, QBO and billing data, and chase down discrepancies until they tie.\nManage revenue reporting in Aleph, keeping data connections, reports and dashboards accurate and up to date.\nAutomation and AI\nUse AI to build, update and stress-test the revenue model: pulling and cleaning actuals, writing formulas and logic, and running scenarios faster\nAutomate the monthly refresh so actuals flow into the model and reports with minimal manual work.\nUse AI to analyze variances and draft the commentary behind the numbers.\nWork with our FP&A platform partners to move the model onto automated, connected data.\nWhat we're looking for\nHeavily invested in AI. You already use tools like Claude or ChatGPT every day to build models, write formulas and scripts, analyze data and automate workflows, and you can show us something you built. You're the person others ask how to use AI better.\nStrong self-starter. You take a vague problem, figure out who and what you need, and drive it to completion without waiting to be told. You flag issues early and come with a proposed fix.\nFinance and modeling experience. 3+ years in FP&A, finance, investment banking, consulting or a similar analytical role. You've built driver-based forecasts and scenario models in Excel or Google Sheets and can explain the story behind the numbers.\nBasic accounting knowledge. You understand the three financial statements, accruals, revenue recognition basics and how a month-end close works. You don't need to be a CPA.\nDetail and ownership. You care when numbers are $3K off and won't stop until they tie.\nClear communicator. You can explain a forecast to leadership and an invoicing exception to a CSM in plain language.\nNice to have\nExperience at a SaaS or tech-enabled services company, especially with ARR, bookings and revenue run-rate metrics and/or experience in Agriculture.\nHands-on time with QuickBooks Online, Aleph, or Salesforce.\nComfort with SQL, Python, VBA or building simple apps and dashboards.\nBilingual in English and Spanish.\nTools and details\nTools you'll use: QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Excel, Salesforce, Airtable, Retool, Ramp, Front, Slack, and Aleph, plus Claude and other AI tools.\n Reports to: Controller\nDiversity is more than a commitment at Seso, it is the foundation of what we do.
