Our comprehensive HR platform streamlines and automates the hiring process for farms and seamlessly integrates their efforts across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and insurance while providing workers access to financial services for the first time.\nSeso has raised over $60M from Tier I investors including Index, Founders Fund, and Mary Meeker at Bond, and has been recognized with awards including Forbes Rising Stars and Andreessen Horowitz's American Dynamism 50.\nThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our Monterrey, MX office\nAbout the Role\nThe Senior Recruitment Specialist will own and coordinate H-2A and H-2B recruitment projects, ensuring campaigns align with client requirements, hiring targets, and operational timelines. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, supports sales initiatives, manages escalations, and continuously improves recruitment\nprocesses and documentation.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end H-2A and H-2B recruitment campaigns, turning client requirements into clear candidate profiles and screening criteria\nBuild sourcing strategies and keep candidate pipelines full enough to meet hiring targets\nInterview and evaluate candidates against employer requirements\nTrack campaign metrics and outcomes, spot bottlenecks early, and adjust\nAct as a key point of contact for clients and join sales calls to explain timelines, feasibility, and solutions\nOwn recruitment escalations, coordinating with WorkerOps, Sales, and other teams to resolve them quickly\nWrite and improve SOPs, screening criteria, and training materials, and mentor junior recruiters\nSkillset\nFluent in Spanish and English; comfortable leading client and sales calls in English\n1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally in high-volume hiring\nHands-on experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates\nStrong sense of ownership: you follow through and get things done without constant supervision\nHighly organized and reliable: you juggle multiple campaigns and meet your deadlines\nProactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems\nClear, professional communicator with clients and internal teams\nComfortable with spreadsheets, recruitment databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)\nExperience with H-2A/H-2B or visa-based recruitment, or an interest in agriculture is a plus\nIf you have most, but not all, of this experience, we encourage you to apply!\nDiversity is more than a commitment at Seso, it is the foundation of what we do.
