You will also lead enterprise software initiatives, from gathering business requirements and evaluating vendors to implementing the chosen solution after purchase. We have a customer base of 500 enterprises across 20 countries in the US, EU, and MENA regions.\nWhat we expect\nOwn, administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales / Customer Service).\nDesign and develop customizations such as entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.\nDevelop plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, and PCF components where needed.\nManage security roles, business units, teams, and user access.\nHandle solution management, deployments across environments, and release planning.\nAct as the main point of contact for business users: gather requests, prioritize them, and deliver improvements.\nDesign and build integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or third-party systems (ERP, telephony, marketing, finance, etc.) using Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or similar tools.\nRun data migration, data quality, and synchronization work, and monitor integrations to resolve failures quickly.\nAdminister the Microsoft 365 tenant (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and licensing) and manage Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, conditional access, MFA, and app registrations).\nManage Azure subscriptions and resources with attention to security, cost, and governance.\nSupport the Power Platform environment and its governance, including environments and maker access.\nGather and document business requirements for new enterprise applications;
