Collaborate and support teams on improvements and integrations in delivering reliability and project objectives.\nIn this role you will:\nSupport the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure components which include Kubernetes clusters, database clusters, monitoring stacks, CICD platforms, networks and firewalls to ensure high reliability, secure, compliant and cost efficient platforms.\nEnsure the quality of documentation and conduct reviews to support project execution and serve as a reference.\nMaintain CICD pipelines to improve developer experience and ensure safer and faster delivery.\nReview team members' deliverables by evaluating adherence to best practices and standards to ensure high-quality software delivery and guide juniors.\nGeneral Responsibilities: All employees are required to ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. All employees are expected to assist with tasks, projects, and other duties related to the role, as and when deemed necessary.\nYou're a great fit if you have:\n2+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or software engineering\nProficiency in version control systems (VCS) like Git.\nProficiency in cloud technology especially AWS services.\nProficiency in containerisation technology such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nProficiency in NoSQL, SQL, event, queue and cache databases such PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, RabbitMQ and Redis.\nBasic knowledge in infrastructure as code (IaC) and CICD technology such as Terraform, GitOps, ArgoCD and Argo Workflows.\nBasic knowledge in monitoring technology such as Vector, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics (Prometheus) and Grafana.\nBasic knowledge in networking and security especially around load balancing, firewall, encryptions\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR\nDiploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nWhat Makes Working With Us Awesome\nOur people and culture: You will get to work with awesome and friendly colleagues to whom you can expect to collaborate well to deliver your work.
