Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists’ journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.\nIn this role you will:\nCampaign Reporting Support\nCompile and prepare campaign performance reports from various marketing channels\nTrack campaign results, including conversions, fuel volume contribution and engagement metrics\nConsolidate campaign data into internal reporting templates and dashboards\nMarketing Data Tracking\nUpdate campaign tracking sheets and maintain reporting hygiene across ongoing campaigns\nAssist in monitoring campaign performance trends and highlighting anomalies or gaps\nSupport the preparation of weekly and monthly CLM performance reports\nCampaign Operations Support\nAssist the team in preparing campaign documentation and reporting summaries\nSupport post campaign reporting and insights preparation\nHelp organise campaign data for internal reviews and stakeholder reporting\nData Preparation\nAssist with data consolidation and formatting for marketing analysis\nSupport campaign segmentation, tracking, and reporting preparation\nMaintain proper documentation for lifecycle campaigns and initiatives\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork with marketing, product and data teams to gather required campaign data\nSupport internal reporting requests from different stakeholders\nAlso,\nAssist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.\nEnsure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements. \nYou're a great fit if you have/are:\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.\nMinimum internship duration of 4 to 6 months and can start in November/December 2026.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\nFamiliarity with dashboards or reporting tools.\nGood analytical and numerical skills.\nBasic knowledge of marketing analytics or digital marketing metrics.\nStrong attention to detail when handling data and reports.\nOrganised and able to manage multiple reporting tasks.\nGood communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nWhat Makes Working With Us Awesome\nOur people and culture: You will get to work with awesome and friendly colleagues to whom you can expect to collaborate well to deliver your work.
