Everything.\nThis is a founding sales role. You'll shape how Sett sells. Work closely with the Sales lead. Close the deals. Help us in our journey as one of Israel’s fastest growing companies.\nResponsibilities\nWork inbound leads from Sett's growing brand presence\nRun full sales cycles with mobile gaming studios (High ACV deals)\nNavigate complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders\nBuild relationships with UA leaders, Creative Directors, and C-level executives\nBecome a domain expert in agentic AI and mobile gaming UA\nContribute to sales strategy, positioning, and process development\nThe Problem We Solve\n97% of creative ideas fail. You'll credibly discuss agentic AI, creative production pipelines, and UA optimization with sophisticated buyers that don’t take sh*t.\nLearning machine. Mobile gaming and AI are deep domains. You rapidly absorb and synthesize complex information. You ask good questions. You study.\nRequirements\nMust Have:\nProven track record closing high-ACV enterprise deals (mid-high six figure ACV at least)\nComplex sales experience (multi-stakeholder, long cycles, technical buyers)\nFull-cycle ownership (you've done it without SDR/BDR support)\nB2B SaaS background and willingness to learn the new world of vertical AI\nFluent English\nBased in Israel\nStrong Bonus:\nMobile gaming industry experience\nUA/performance marketing background\nMartech or adtech experience \nSold to marketing/growth teams before\nStartup experience (comfort with ambiguity and a high pace)\nWhat We Don't Want:\nThe Farmer.
