You’ll build lasting relationships, recommend personalized treatment plans, and have the opportunity to earn tips and commissions while developing your career with a fast-growing aesthetics brand.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver Exceptional Treatments\nConduct personalized client consultations.\nPerform laser hair removal and other assigned aesthetic treatments.\nEducate clients about treatment plans, expected results, and pre- and post-treatment care.\nAccurately document consultations and treatments.\nFollow all clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.\nCreate an Amazing Client Experience\nMake personalized service, package, and membership recommendations.\nBuild client trust through education, communication, and exceptional care.\nSupport goals related to rebooking, treatment-plan completion, conversion, and client retention.\nCreate a warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience during every visit.\nAddress client questions and concerns with professionalism and care.\nSupport Your Studio\nPartner with reception, studio leadership, and clinical leadership to keep each day running smoothly.\nMaintain clean, organized, and treatment-ready rooms.\nParticipate in training, coaching, promotions, and studio initiatives.\nCommunicate client, equipment, treatment, or safety concerns promptly.\nWhat You Bring\nAn active Esthetician license in the state of New York that meets applicable state requirements.\nExperience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments is required.\nKnowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.\nStrong communication and client-service skills.\nConfidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.\nA positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.\nThe ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.\nPrior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.\nSchedule and Availability\nShifts may be up to 10 hours.\nPart-time Providers may work up to 29 hours per week.\nMust have availability Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.\nWeekend availability is required, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month.\nSunday, evening, and holiday availability may be required based on studio hours and business needs.\nCompensation and Benefits\nProviders receive a competitive base hourly rate, client tips, and commission opportunities.
