Responsible for providing exemplary guest service and maintaining high property standards.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nAssist RV Resort Manager with daily operations. \nEnsures and upholds the RV Resort commitment to provide exemplary guest service. \nEnsuring safety, understands emergency procedures and how to act upon them. \nOversees guest registration, fee collection, reservations, group bookings, purchasing and accounting for RV Resort. \nInterview, select, train and supervise RV Resort staff. \nTrain Front Desk Clerks, Custodians and Guest Service Attendants on job duties and proper use of equipment and supplies. \nPrepare weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. \nReview vendor invoices, and processes purchase requisitions and check disbursement requests. \nMonitor inventory and order operational, cleaning, and office supplies as needed. \nPerform Custodial, Front Desk and Guest Service Attendant duties when necessary. \nConduct daily, weekly, monthly property inspections to ensure facilities, grounds, and work areas are clean and well maintained. \nCoordinate with the Maintenance Department regarding repairs and maintenance. \nEnsure staff maintain proper uniforms, badges, grooming, and professional appearance. \nEnsures effective, timely and accurate communications flow with regards to RV Resort policies and procedures. \nMaintains working relationships and communicates in a professional manner and friendly work environment with all departments. \nEncourages and demonstrates positive morale characteristics for all RV Resort Staff. \nEvaluates the job performance of each RV Resort employee. Make suggestions for improvement and corrective action for all RV Resort staff when necessary. \nAssist the RV Resort Manager during meetings or conduct regularly scheduled meetings for the RV Resort staff.
