Driven design and implementation of scalable data foundation platforms, including data ingestion, transformation (using dbt and SQL), security, and performance tuning within Snowflake and its integration with 3rd party products . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current-state architectures, define future-state roadmaps, and oversee cloud data migrations from legacy systems. Advised and trained clients on best practices around Snowflake features such as data sharing, data governance, zero-copy cloning, role-based access control, and cost optimization, Cortex AI. Acted as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystems.\nResponsibilities\nDrive and consult our clients to ensure they will have right solutions to solve their use cases.\nLead the design of scalable, secure Snowflake data platforms tailored to client needs.\nDrive end-to-end solution delivery, including data ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nGuide data migrations from legacy systems to Snowflake, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum performance.\nImplement best practices for Snowflake features such as virtual warehouses, data sharing, and RBAC, AI agent.\nEnsure the solutions respect all the compliance and security from client, industry and market regulatory (GDPR, PDPA, HIPAA).\nOptimize performance and cost through resource monitoring, query tuning, and workload management.\nIntegrate Snowflake with ecosystem tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Tableau, Power BI, Streamlite).\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams and client team.\nSupport pre-sales activities, including technical assessments, solution demos, and proposal development.\nSupport AI solutions with a strong data foundation design and development.\nEnsure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards across architectures.\nDevelop and maintain best practice of delivering clean and compliant data pipelines.\nResponsible for Technical Solution design documents.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data.\nQualifications\n5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering,architecture, analytics and AI roles.\nEnglish professional proficiency\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including advanced features and performance tuning\nStrong expertise in SQL and data modeling (dimensional, normalized, and data vault)\nExperience in tool like DBT\nExcellent communication and client-facing consulting skills\nExperience in consultancy.\nProficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Java) for data pipelines and automation\nExperience with ELT/ETL tools such as dbt, NiFi, Fivetran, Airflow, Pentaho, openflow or Informatica\nKnowledge of data modeling , semantic layer and data architecture.\nExperience in AI tools to support development (Claude , Cortex Code …) \nExperience in developing data flow for AI (RAG, Gen BI , …)\nExposure to Cortex AI (AI search , Document AI, …)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.\nStrong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and with customers.\nKnowledge of data governance, security (RBAC, encryption), and compliance practices\nFamiliarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, streamlite application)\nSnowflake certifications (e.g., SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect) are a strong plus\nExtra points if you have\nThai language fluency\nGood communication skills in English \nAny certification in AWS or Azure.\nCI/CD experience (github, devops and liquid)\nExperience in Fabric, Databricks, Big Query\nExperience with docker, Kubernetes.\nWorked in more than one project and with various tech stacks.\nSI Vendor industry experience.\nBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, data, Computer Science, or related field.\nFamiliarity with statistical analysis and machine learning concepts is a plus.\nAbout Us\nSeven Peaks is a world-class technology company specializing in Digital Transformation for companies worldwide, delivering scalable software solutions and experience design, aimed at driving business impact.We are based in Bangkok, Thailand, with a growing team of more than 180 industry professionals from over 25 different countries currently providing end-to-end Digital Product services - from Product Design, Mobile/Web Development, Cloud Native Solutions, Data and Analytics, IOT Integrated solutions to Quality Assurance and more.\nSeven Peaks acquired Morphosis, one of the leading UX/UI design companies in Thailand which is now part of the Seven Peaks group.
