Read on to learn more!\nYour Day-to-Day\nAs an Aesthetic Operations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end setup and launch of a new aesthetic clinic, from operational planning and team recruitment to sales strategy and daily operations. You will play a key role in establishing the clinic's operational standards, building a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent client experiences.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end clinic setup and launch, including operational planning, workflow development, equipment and inventory readiness, and coordination of pre-opening activities.\nDrive sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.\nDevelop and implement sales initiatives to acquire new clients, increase treatment and product sales, improve conversion rates, and drive repeat visits.\nBuild and lead the clinic team, including consultants, therapists, and front desk staff, through recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.\nEstablish operational processes and SOPs to ensure efficient clinic workflows, consistent service quality, and a seamless client journey.\nOversee daily clinic operations to ensure operational readiness, appointment efficiency, resource allocation, and smooth coordination across the team.\nMonitor key business metrics, including revenue, average spending per client, sales conversion, client retention, team productivity, and operating costs.\nBuild strong client relationships and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.\nWork closely with doctors and therapists to coordinate treatment services, maintain service standards, and support business performance.\nManage inventory, equipment, and clinic supplies to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.\nEnsure compliance with relevant Singapore healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and clinic policies.\nIdentify operational and commercial improvement opportunities to strengthen clinic performance, profitability, and scalability.\nPrepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business targets.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of experience in aesthetic, medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or a related industry, with proven experience in clinic operations or management.\nStrong sales and commercial acumen, with a track record of achieving revenue targets, improving sales conversion, and growing business performance.\nExperience in opening, launching, or setting up a new clinic or retail outlet from scratch is highly preferred.\nProven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, generate new business, and drive client acquisition and retention.\nExperience in recruiting, leading, coaching, and managing a team to achieve sales and operational targets.\nStrong understanding of clinic operations, client consultation, treatment sales, customer relationship management, and service quality.\nAbility to establish operational processes, implement SOPs, and manage multiple priorities during the pre-opening and launch phases.\nCommercially minded, with the ability to analyse sales performance, manage operating costs, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nProactive, hands-on, and comfortable building processes and solving challenges in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with clinic management systems, POS systems, inventory management, and business reporting tools.\nKnowledge of Singapore healthcare regulations and aesthetic clinic licensing requirements is an advantage.\nWilling to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to clinic operating requirements.\n Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident
