Read on to learn more.\nYour Day-to-Day\nDesign & deliver training - Develop and conduct teacher onboarding and development programs covering teaching methods, classroom management, lesson delivery, and student engagement.\nCoach & develop teachers - Conduct teaching observations, provide actionable feedback, and coach teachers to improve classroom performance.\nDevelop training materials - Create training materials, teaching guidelines, and best-practice resources to support effective teaching delivery.\nIdentify development needs - Assess teacher capability gaps and design targeted development programs based on individual and team needs.\nSupport curriculum implementation - Guide teachers in effectively implementing the curriculum and learning materials in the classroom.\nMonitor & improve training effectiveness -
