Job Description

- Mencari dan membangun hubungan dengan Dokter Spesialis Anak (Sp.A) untuk menjalin kerja sama dengan Klinik Tumbuh+.

- Melakukan pendekatan, presentasi, dan menjelaskan layanan terapi Tumbuh+ kepada dokter anak.

- Mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan dokter yang sudah bekerja sama.

- Mendorong dan mengelola potensi referral pasien dari dokter anak ke Tumbuh+ sesuai dengan kebutuhan terapi pasien.

- Melakukan follow-up secara berkala kepada dokter dan memastikan kerja sama berjalan dengan baik.

- Mencari peluang kerja sama baru dengan dokter, klinik, rumah sakit, maupun fasilitas kesehatan lainnya.

- Mencapai target kerja sama dan referral pasien yang telah ditetapkan.

- Membuat laporan terkait aktivitas kunjungan, pipeline dokter, kerja sama, dan hasil referral.

- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal Tumbuh+ terkait proses referral dan kebutuhan dokter/pasien.
