Your Day-to-Day

• Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and employee data in payroll systems and internal databases.
• Support administrative processes related to BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including employee registration and documentation.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and payroll-related documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll data entry, validation, and ad-hoc projects to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

• Final Year student, or Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions for payroll data management and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive payroll information accurately and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn payroll processes and HR operations.
