The Sales Trainer Senior Staff will be responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of our team at Sparks Music. This role involves developing and delivering comprehensive training programs towards all Education Consultants to improve sales performance and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge.
Your Day-to-Day
- Design and implement engaging sales training programs for new and existing Education Consultants.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performance metrics.
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales associates to support their development.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into programs.
Who We’re Looking For
- +2 years of experience as a sales trainer or in a similar training role.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training content using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
