They understand the humor, cultural context, and human behavior behind them.\nWhat You'll Do\nSpot global trends: Explore US TikTok, Instagram Reels, Reddit, and other digital platforms to identify emerging trends, memes, niche communities, and content formats before they go mainstream.\nTurn internet culture into creative concepts: Draw inspiration from Gen Z humor, meme culture, viral formats, and online communities to develop original creative ideas for our mobile apps.\nCreate scroll-stopping content: Develop compelling hooks, short-form video scripts, and advertising creatives that capture attention within the first few seconds.\nBring ideas to life: Use CapCut, AI-powered image and video tools, and other creative software to produce and edit content.\nExperiment with new approaches: Test different creative angles, formats, and concepts to discover what resonates with audiences.\nLearn from performance: Analyze views, engagement, hook rates, and other performance metrics to understand what works and continuously improve your ideas.\n Support organic growth: Contribute to SEO and App Store Optimization (ASO) initiatives through keyword research, content creation, and app store listing improvements.\nYou'll collaborate closely with our designers, performance marketers, and organic growth team throughout the creative process.\nWhat We're Looking For\nDeep understanding of internet culture: You're genuinely familiar with global Gen Z trends, particularly US TikTok, Reddit communities, viral content, emerging memes, and evolving internet humor.\nHands-on content creation experience: You've created content for a TikTok account, meme page, fan account, personal project, or social media brand. Bonus if you've helped grow an audience.\nStrong creative instincts: You don't just consume viral content. You can explain why it works and turn those insights into fresh ideas.\nCuriosity about online communities: You understand niche internet cultures, community-specific humor, and how different audiences engage with content.\nA feel for short-form video: You understand hooks, pacing, editing, and what makes people stop scrolling.\nStrong English skills: You're comfortable understanding US internet humor, cultural references, online conversations, and emerging slang.\nFamiliarity with creative tools: You're comfortable using CapCut or similar editing software and eager to experiment with AI-powered creative tools.\nA proactive, experimental mindset: You're curious, open to feedback, comfortable testing new ideas, and motivated to learn from both successes and failures.\nIn short, we're looking for someone who doesn't just spend time online but knows how to turn internet culture into creative opportunities.\nNice to Have\nYou've built or grown a social media account from scratch, whether it's a personal TikTok, meme page, niche content account, or anonymous creative project.\nYou've managed an online community, fan page, or content-driven side project.\nYou enjoy exploring emerging content formats and experimenting with unconventional creative ideas.\nYou have some familiarity with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, or creative testing.\nYou've worked with Canva, Figma, or AI content generation tools.\nYou have basic knowledge of SEO, ASO, or keyword research.\nWe care more about what you've created, explored and learned than how many impressive company names appear on your CV.\nWork Setup\nThis is an on-site internship based at our office in 4.
