You will lead end-to-end campaign strategy from channel planning and budget allocation to creative direction and performance analysis and play a key role in shaping how we grow.\nYou'll be working closely with performance marketing, product, and design teams. Our stack includes Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, attribution platforms, and A/B testing frameworks.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn channel strategy and budget allocation across multiple digital channels and apps\nDevelop, execute, and continuously optimize user acquisition campaigns to hit ambitious growth targets\nLead A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and targeting - and turn results into repeatable playbooks\nDefine creative strategy and collaborate closely with the design team to produce high-performing ad creatives\nTrack user behavior and build reports to inform product and marketing decisions at the leadership level\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify and act on growth opportunities\nMentor junior UA team members and contribute to building team capabilities\nPresent performance insights, growth forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership\nWhat We're Looking For\nMust-have\n5+ years of experience in performance marketing / user acquisition in mobile apps\nProven track record managing significant monthly ad budgets and delivering measurable growth\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads\nExperience with attribution and reporting tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms\nDeep understanding of product metrics: retention, LTV, cohort analysis\nSolid A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy\nExperience mentoring junior team members or leading small teams\nStrong ownership mindset - you define the strategy, not just execute it\nNice to have\nExperience with subscription-based products\nFamiliarity with creative strategy and systematic ad iteration processes\nExperience in TikTok Ads or other emerging UA channels\nWork Setup\nThis is a full-time, on-site position based at our 4.
