Dauer: 6 Monate

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erfassung und Konsolidierung von Vibrationsdaten für Motor- und Getriebeprüfungen sowie Datenerhebung aus Prüfstandsmessungen und zusätzlichen Datenquellen
  • Strukturierung und Verwaltung von Datensätzen einschließlich Metadatenmanagement, Versionierung und Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit
  • Planung und Durchführung von Messungen inklusive Sensorplatzierung, Definition von Betriebspunkten und Konfiguration von Messparametern
  • Vorverarbeitung von Messsignalen durch Filterung, Segmentierung, Synchronisierung, Labeling und Qualitätsprüfung
  • Erzeugung, Augmentierung und Bewertung von Vibrationsdaten mithilfe von Signaltransformationen, Datenaugmentierung sowie generativen KI-Verfahren wie cGANs und Diffusionsmodellen

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Studium Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik, Data Science, Physik oder vergleichbar
  • Interesse an Vibrationsanalyse, Sensorsystemen, Signalverarbeitung, künstlicher Intelligenz und maschinellem Lernen
  • Kenntnisse in Python sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Analyse und Verarbeitung von Messdaten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn oder PyTorch
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
