If you want to sit next to the people making the calls and help them make better ones - welcome to sewts.\nWhat You'll Actually Do\nWork directly with and support the C-level - both on strategic matters and in day-to-day business\nOwn selected fundraising workstreams and support in others - from preparation through due diligence\nPrepare and structure board materials, investor updates, and key decision documents\nDrive cross-functional projects that don't have an obvious owner - from pricing to market entry analysis\nBuild and maintain business plans and financial models that hold up under investor scrutiny\nAct as a sparring partner for the founders - turning ambiguity into a clear next step\nYour profile\nWho You Are\nExperience in management consulting or some high-ownership / structure-first environment\nIdeally, experience in a (Deep) Tech Scaleup\nA proactive, self-driven working style - and a genuine passion for making things happen (a “Macher:in” mentality)\nStrong analytical and structuring skills;
