Clean cleaning for any type of facility.The Role We're looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to own Seynar's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You'll plan, create, and publish content daily, grow our following in our target sectors, and turn that audience into inbound enquiries for our sales team. This is a hands-on content and growth role - you make the content, post it consistently, engage the community, and report on the numbers. It is fully remote and performance-driven.\nWhat You'll Do\nContent Creation & Curation\nCreate scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook - reels, carousels, stories, before/after cleaning transformations, behind-the-scenes, team and client highlights, and educational posts.\nWrite clear, on-brand captions and copy tailored to a B2B commercial cleaning audience (facility managers, builders, warehouse operators, strata managers).\nDesign graphics and edit short-form video using Canva and similar tools.\nPosting & Consistency\nMaintain a consistent daily posting schedule across all platforms, including Instagram and Facebook stories.\nPlan and manage a content calendar so the pipeline of content is always full and on-brand.\nFollower Growth & Community Engagement\nGrow followers and engagement across all three platforms with measurable month-on-month improvement.\nEngage daily - respond to comments and DMs, interact with ideal-client profiles, and build relationships with prospects and partners in our target sectors.\nSupporting Inbound Sales\nUse content and clear calls-to-action to drive enquiries, DMs, and website leads.\nWork closely with the Business Development team to pass on inbound leads and align content with what's converting.\nHelp build Seynar's credibility so prospects trust us before sales ever calls them.\nAnalytics & Reporting\nTrack KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads generated) and report results weekly and monthly.\nUse insights to double down on what works and continuously improve.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) This role is goal-oriented. You'll be measured monthly on:\nPosting consistency (posts and stories per platform per week)\nFollower growth per platform\nEngagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves)\nReach and impressions\nInbound enquiries / leads generated from social media\nVolume and quality of content produced\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.\nStrong eye for design and short-form video, plus sharp copywriting skills.\nConfident with Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and platform analytics.\nSelf-motivated, organised, and disciplined in a remote environment.\nB2B and/or service-industry experience is a plus.\nTo Apply - Required Applications without the following will not be considered:\n1.
