The position is based in San Francisco, CA.\nRequirements\nAs an Assistant Store Manager, your missions will be the following:\nEnsure a unique customer experience within your boutique \nAnimate the customer journey by relying on a team of ambassadors \nOptimize the quality of the service at each stage of the customer journey \nConvey information and promote personalization services to advisors and customers \nEmbody brand values and ensure an omni-channel experience at all times \nManage customer satisfaction using various tools, implementing dedicated action plans \nDevelop customer loyalty and along with creating new relationships \nExplore the customer database (clienteling and management of dissatisfaction) \nRecruit, retain and follow up of all team members\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nOperational Marketing\nGuarantee the performance of the apartment through animations or events \nDeploy and supervise all programming while ensuring compliance with the image and guidelines transmitted by the head office marketing team \nManaging and developing your team\nLead and develop a team of sales advisors \nManage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment \nFoster cooperation within the team and between team leaders \nIntegrate new employees \nSupervise and increase the skills of your team through floor coaching, feedback and annual performance interviews. \nPropose and set up, in conjunction with the training manager, continuing education and coaching courses for sales advisers. \nDemonstrate managerial courage to support its employees \nDisseminate and circulate information \nHave a 360 vision: ensure that you always optimize your team organization in a process of continuous improvement \nGuarantee the brand image\nEnsure proper maintenance of the apartment \nParticipate in the correct integration of the collections and ensure follow-up \nEnsure the maintenance of high level of visual merchandising throughout the day \nEnsure that business opportunities are maximized through effective store management \nFollow fashion trends, ensure competitive intelligence \nCoordinate or
