We can't wait to hear from you!\nWe are looking for a talented full-time Visual Merchandiser for our Flagship Store in San Francisco to join our retail teams. This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Reporting to the Store Manager and the US VM Manager, your main responsibilities will be:\nBe the VM representative in the store:\nEnsure optimal product presentation in line with Sézane's DNA;\nOffer customers an inspiring shopping experience;\nRotate racks, mannequins, tables, and wall displays according to collection releases and stock levels;\nOrganize your work according to needs, priorities, and the commercial schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.\nOversee the layout of spaces:\nBe responsible for Point of Sale advertising and merchandising materials.\nManage and monitor florals, decorative objects, etc.\nEnsure the smooth running of installations and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, photo shoots, events, etc.).\nRaise awareness and train teams:\nTrain and raise awareness among sales advisors on maintaining VM\nCommunicate and circulate VM information (photos, merch sheets, product focus, VM standards, trends, etc.);\nMaintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectations;\nCollaborate with the stock team to prepare VM rotations (picking new items, streaming, pricing, anti-theft measures, etc.);\nEnsure that information is reported to the Manager as needed to adapt guidelines.\nRequirements\nProfile:\nYou have successful experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the ready-to-wear sector.\nPassionate about fashion, you have a good understanding of trends, are proactive and have a strategic/commercial vision of products.\nPositive and creative, you want to share and develop your skills in an agile and energetic environment. \nA team player, you enjoy participating in all activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the store.\nYou are proactive, adaptable, and know
