We can't wait to hear from you!\nWe are looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser Sales Advisor (full-time) to contribute to the next chapter in Sézane's journey. This position is based in Seaport in Boston, MA.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nAs a Visual Merchandiser, your tasks will be (20 hours/week):\nBe the guardian of the store's image:\n Ensure that products are presented in line with Sézane's DNA and in accordance with our merchandising guidelines;\nMonitor and maintain the image of the store while ensuring its commercial viability;\nUse the “Merch Checklist” to organize work and identify needs.\nHave a fashion culture in order to be proactive;\nOffer customers an inspiring shopping experience.\nRaise awareness and train teams in VM:\nDisseminate and circulate VM information (photos, merch sheets, focus, VM standards, etc.) through active communication;\nMaintain active communication with managers in order to best meet their expectations.\nOversee the scenography of the Appartements:\nBe responsible for POS advertising and merchandising materials;\nEnsure the store is well maintained in collaboration with the maintenance manager at headquarters;\nManage and monitor service providers (flowers, books, etc.);\nManage special projects and post-renovation reinstallations (window displays, product presentation updates, etc.).\nAs a Sales Advisor (15 hours/week):\nDeliver a unique customer experience:\nMake the customer the priority in the store to ensure optimal customer service;\nEmbody the Sézane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming);\nWelcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience;\nConsider your customers' personalities to identify their desires;\nIntroduce them to the brand and our different worlds/products;\nBe an ambassador for the brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web);\nDemonstrate curiosity and develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and products;\nBe proactive in proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique;\nHandle customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy and retain our customers;\nBe familiar with our CSR policy in order to respond to customers.\nEnsure that operations run smoothly:\nApply Sézane policies, standards, and procedures;\nCollect payments and comply with operational procedures;\nCarry out specific processes (returns, exchanges, reservations);\nEnsure proper inventory management.\nBe a team player:\nBe a team player,
