The right candidate will help us develop our recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and update the Applicant Tracking System\nSchedule and perform phone screens\nHelp implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy\nAssist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups\nAssist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis\nWhat We Look For:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline\nBackground and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development\nInterest in startups\nDemonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.\nHard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!\nAbout You:\nYou have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high.
