This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.\nAs Sezzle's Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support recruitment across the organization, with a focus on the Banking, FinTech, and Technology sectors. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers, supporting full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical roles.\nBased in Bogotá, Colombia, this hybrid position is well suited to an early-career recruitment professional who is organized, curious, and eager to build strong sourcing, screening, and candidate experience skills across Latin American and global markets.\nWhat You'll Do:\n Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical functions, from intake through offer, under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Lead.\nExecute sourcing plans defined for each engagement, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal talent pools.\nConduct initial candidate evaluations, including resume review and screening calls against agreed role requirements, and present shortlists to the assigned recruiter or hiring manager.\nCoordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and process milestones throughout the hiring cycle.\nCompile recruiting data for assigned requisitions, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and submit it to the Talent Acquisition Lead on a defined cadence.\nStay current on hiring trends and talent movements within the Banking, FinTech, and Technology ecosystems to strengthen sourcing efforts.\nEnsure all recruitment activities adhere to internal policies, local labor regulations, and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.\nRepresent Sezzle at job fairs, university events, and networking activities to strengthen employer brand visibility and build early-stage talent pipelines.\nLeverage AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and reporting efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment workflows.\nWhat We Look For:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, in-house or within an agency environment.\nDemonstrated ability to manage candidate pipelines and interview logistics across concurrent requisitions.\nWorking proficiency with applicant tracking systems and disciplined record-keeping practices.\nFoundational sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn, job boards, and an aptitude for search methodologies.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.\nBased in Bogotá, Colombia, with the ability to work hybrid and collaborate across multiple time zones. \nProficiency with AI tools applied to recruitment, or a clear willingness to learn and adopt them. Comfort experimenting with new technology to streamline sourcing, screening, and reporting tasks.\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience in an in-house talent acquisition function or at a recruitment agency supporting high-volume or technical hiring.\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, including reporting and pipeline management features.\nExperience supporting hiring processes across Latin America and North America.
