You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution-owning delivery of complex, data-driven, and AI-powered fintech, shopping, and payments products. This role is influential in how we do it-using technology, design, and data to make financial access smarter, safer, and empowering.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTranslate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.\nPartner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.\nOwn technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.\nUse SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.\nConstantly run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome.\nEnsure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and ruthless prioritization.\nAnticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early-and manage them proactively.\nOperate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements and constraints.\nCollaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.\nWhat We Look For:\nBachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).\nDeep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.\nStrong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.\n6-10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.\nProven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.\nExperience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.\nDemonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.\nComfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.\nAnalytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans.\nStrong written and verbal communication-can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.\nFamiliarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP’s, or model ops).\nBackground in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.\nAbout You:\nYou have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high.
