The\nrole requires a highly experienced clinician (Nurse/Midwife with 12+ years’\nexperience or Medical Doctor with 9+ years RH experience) who can combine deep programmatic\nand technical expertise with strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and systems\nto drive program quality, government ownership, and sustainable impact.\nThe Technical Lead providesstrategic technical leadership,
