All duties should be performed aligned to ensuring compliance to SFI’s QMS for the area of responsibility.\nOVERALL ROLE CONTEXT\n\nThe Project Manager shall also initiate new business opportunities through the presentation of audit reprints and proposals on existing client sites. This also includes management of issues, risk and project change request to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to the process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.\nSFI Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that projects produce the required deliverables to qualify, within the specified constraints of time and costs and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business base.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nKey Relationships:\n\nInternal: Staff, Management, Executive Management\nExternal: Vendors, Clients, Suppliers\nExperience:Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs\nProject Management methodologies\nExperience negotiating vendor contracts\nExperience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary\nExperience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close\nExperience leading, motivating and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance\nFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities\n Qualifications:\nRelevant Diploma in appropriate field of study\n3 -
