The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of professional electronic products while ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer quality standards.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of professional electronic products, including DJ equipment, wireless microphone systems, pro audio equipment, networked audio products, control processors, musical instruments, professional lighting equipment, and drones.\nKey Responsibilities\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair defective products in accordance with manufacturer specifications and quality standards.\nPerform component-level repairs on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including surface-mount devices (SMDs), when required.\nConduct inspections, functional testing, and quality verification to ensure repaired products meet performance and reliability standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient work environment.\nProvide technical support and guidance to authorized external service centers.\nAccurately record the details of work performed for each repair and maintain related service records.\nPerform other related duties within the Service Department.\nQualifications and Skills\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience repairing professional electronic equipment, including DJ equipment, wireless microphone systems, pro audio products, networked audio products, professional lighting equipment, and musical instruments.\nDiploma in Electronics (DEP, DEC).\nProven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems.\nStrong analytical and component-level troubleshooting skills.\nExperience replacing and soldering surface-mount components on PCBs.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.\nResourceful, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.\nDemonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership in completing repairs accurately and efficiently.\nPositive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional customer service.\nStrong aptitude for learning new technologies and products.\nAssets\nExperience repairing drones.\nExperience in guitar repair or lutherie.\nKnowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP or service management software.\nLanguage Requirements\nBilingual in French and English.\nEnglish is required to communicate with manufacturers, service partners, and customers across
