You will bridge the gap between complex data structures and business requirements, ensuring data-driven storytelling is accurate, clear, and impactful.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInsight Generation: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.\n\nDashboarding & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain automated BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into KPIs.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Translate business questions into technical requirements and present findings to non-technical audiences.\n\nData Quality & Validation: Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data accuracy and assist in the validation of data models.\n\nRequirements\nCore Skills & Technologies:\nProgramming & Querying\nSQL\n\nPython is a plus\n\nData Visualization & BI\nPower BI / Tableau / Looker.\n\nSemantic Layering: Experience with DAX (Power BI) or LookML (Looker).\n\nStorytelling: Ability to visualize data in a way that highlights key takeaways.\n\nData Platforms\nBigQuery / Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric.\n\nExperience with data modeling using DBT is a plus.\n\nData Governance\nData documentation and maintenance of the clear definitions in data dictionaries or catalogs.\n\nData Q/A, ensuring data accuracy of data models.\n\nStatistics and Experimentation (Nice to Have)\nHypothesis testing, probability distributions, and regression.\n\nExperience with A/B testing and significance testing.\n\nAI/ML (Nice to Have)\nFamiliarity with predictive analytics and machine learning concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with Vertex AI or BigQuery ML for simple model deployment.\n\nLanguage requirements:\nEnglish -
