In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering a wide range of corporate events while ensuring they reflect our company values and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEvent Planning & Delivery\nPlan, organize, and execute a variety of internal and external corporate events, including company parties, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, offsite events, workshops, excursions, and other employee engagement initiatives.\n\nCoordinate all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, venue selection, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site execution.\n\nOrganize and coordinate branded merchandise for employees and corporate events.\n\nEncourage employee participation and engagement, with a particular focus on welcoming and integrating new team members.\n\nEvent Analysis & Performance Evaluation\nEvaluate the effectiveness of corporate events through surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis.\n\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate events.\n\nCollect and analyze event-related data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance future initiatives.\n\nVendor Management\nBuild and maintain relationships with event agencies, venues, suppliers, and other service providers.\n\nCoordinate vendor selection processes, including tenders and negotiations.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance.\n\nBudget Management\nPrepare and manage event budgets.\n\nMonitor event-related expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.\n\nCreate and process payment requests while working closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.\n\nInternal Communications\nCoordinate communication related to corporate events across internal communication channels.\n\nPrepare engaging event announcements and promotional materials.\n\nPartner with the Communications team to maximize employee awareness and participation.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nExperience\nPrevious experience in Event Management, Corporate Culture, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or a similar role.\n\nProven track record of independently managing multiple events from planning through execution.\n\nExperience working with external vendors and service providers.\n\nExperience managing event budgets.\n\nCreative thinking: Ability to generate innovative event concepts that reflect and reinforce the company's values, culture, and mission.\n\nSkills\nStrong project management and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\n\nCreative mindset with the ability to generate innovative event concepts.\n\nStrong negotiation and vendor management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\n\nAnalytical approach with the ability to evaluate event performance and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nGood understanding of the local vendor and event services market.\n\nLanguage\nUpper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.\n\nProficiency in Ukrainian would be a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive and performance-aligned compensation package.\n\nClear opportunities for long-term professional growth and strategic career development.\n\nA high-trust, collaborative environment with a strong ownership culture.\n\nDirect exposure to business decision-making with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.\n\nIn Addition, We Provide\nCorporate housing access -
