You will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing operational obstacles.\nSuccess in this role requires exceptional organisation, strong project management skills, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced international environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Management & Execution\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of key business initiatives from approved concept through to successful delivery.\n\nTranslate strategic initiatives set by the Country Head into clear action plans, roadmaps, milestones, and timelines.\n\nCoordinate local projects, including office development, relocation activities, new processes, and operational initiatives.\n\nTrack project progress, dependencies, risks,budgets and deliverables.\n\nEnsure projects are completed on time , within scope, budget, and agreed quality standards.\n\nProvide regular and structured progress updates to the Country Head.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nAct as a central coordination point across UK and global functions\n\nCoordinate collaboration between Finance, Legal, Office Management, Operations, and other relevant teams.\n\nTranslate requests from Global HQ into clear and practical tasks for the local team.\n\nMonitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and escalate risks or delays.\n\nConsolidate information and prepare reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for the Country Head and senior management.\n\nOffice Operations\nEnsure the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the London office.\n\nOversee office infrastructure, IT services, security, logistics, workplace services, and general operational requirements.\n\nCoordinate office vendors and service providers, including procurement, contract administration, performance monitoring, and service delivery.\n\nEnsure the office is prepared for team growth, new employees, business visits, meetings, and internal events.\n\nMaintain clear operational procedures, checklists, service standards, and escalation processes.\n\nIdentify operational risks and implement preventive measures.\n\nRequirements\nExperience\nProven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Office Operations, or a similar role.\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably within FinTech, proprietary trading, financial services, technology, or another high-growth industry.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.\n\nDemonstrable experience supporting a Country Head, General Manager, or another senior business leader.\n\nPractical experience in vendor management, procurement, tenders, and SLA monitoring.\n\nUnderstanding of the UK business environment and local service market.\n\nExperience supporting a new or rapidly growing office would be an advantage.\n\nSkills\nHighly organised, proactive and delivery-focused.\n\nAbility to create and manage roadmaps, milestones, deadlines, and dependencies.\n\nExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence or similar platforms would be an advantage.\n\nStrong Excel skills.\n\nStrong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.\n\nStrong negotiation and vendor management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and remain effective under pressure.\n\nCollaborative, but willing to challenge where necessary.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nLanguage\nFluent written and spoken
