a trading company where traders become successful!\nWe specialize in trading on global financial markets and are one of the key players in the proprietary trading industry, as well as a leader in premarket trading.\nFor the past 20 years, the company has achieved consistent success in the stock market through significant investments in trader development, advanced trading technologies, a progressive risk management model, and the creation of effective trading strategies, all of which help traders achieve success.\nSFORS operates exclusively with its own capital and does not raise or manage external investments.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented Junior Event Specialist who genuinely enjoys making spaces and events look beautiful.\nThis role will focus primarily on supporting regular internal events, office celebrations, employee activities, and especially the visual and decorative side of smaller events.\nThe ideal candidate will have a good eye for aesthetics and some practical experience or strong interest in event decoration, floristry, styling, or visual presentation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEvent Support & Coordination\nSupport the organisation and execution of internal corporate events and employee engagement activities.\n\nAssist with event preparation, setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.\n\nHelp source decorations, flowers, gifts, materials, and other event-related items.\n\nCoordinate with local suppliers, florists, decorators, venues, and other service providers when required.\n\nSupport larger events together with the Event Manager / wider team.\n\nEvent Decoration & Styling\nTake ownership of decoration and visual setup for small and regular internal events.\n\nCreate simple decoration concepts based on the event theme, occasion, and company style.\n\nArrange flowers, table decorations, balloons, props, signage, and other decorative elements.\n\nPrepare and decorate office spaces for holidays, celebrations, team activities, and other internal events.\n\nEnsure event spaces look polished, welcoming, and visually consistent.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in event coordination, event organisation, hospitality, corporate events, floristry, decoration, visual merchandising, or a similar field.\n\nHands-on experience supporting events from preparation through execution, including logistics, setup, supplier coordination, scheduling, and on-site support.\n\nAbility to independently organise smaller internal events and coordinate multiple moving parts.\n\nExperience working with venues, florists, decorators, caterers, gift suppliers, photographers, and other event vendors would be an advantage.\n\nGenuine interest in event styling, decoration, floristry, aesthetics, and creating visually attractive spaces.\n\nCreative mindset with the ability to suggest event concepts, themes, and decoration ideas.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling last-minute changes.\n\nGood communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, internal teams, and event participants.\n\nLanguage\nEnglish -
