You will work closely with colleagues in IT and development, and with our external IT and support partners across the Nordics.\nKey responsibilities\nManage and improve our IT infrastructure and cloud environments, with ownership of Microsoft 365, Azure and related services.\nManage our endpoints (Windows and macOS) through Microsoft Intune, as well as identity, access and authentication.\nDevelop and maintain the network across our Nordic offices - connectivity, firewalls, Wi-Fi and VPN.\nWork proactively with IT security, monitoring, vulnerabilities and incident response together with our external security partners.\nManage software licenses, subscriptions and IT costs - from finding optimization opportunities to budgeting, forecasting and follow-up.\nAutomate and streamline IT operations through scripting, version control with Git/GitHub and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud and workplace issues.\nContribute to technical projects, architecture and technology decisions.\nKeep our environments well documented, structured and secure.\nAI is becoming increasingly important to how we develop our technology and ways of working. You will not own our AI strategy, but you will be a key driving force in moving it forward. Together with colleagues across the organization, you will evaluate, implement and develop AI tools and integrations - and help make AI part of our processes, systems and everyday work. That includes using AI and automation to improve IT operations yourself and helping other teams find where AI creates real value.\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for someone with broad technical experience who prefers taking ownership to working in a narrowly defined area. You probably have several years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud or IT operations, and are used to troubleshooting and improving environments across different technologies.\nFurthermore, you have experience in several of the following areas:\nMicrosoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and cloud infrastructure\nMicrosoft Intune and endpoint management across Windows and macOS\nNetworking, firewalls, VPN and Wi-Fi (Ubiquiti's UniFi ecosystem)\nIT security, endpoint protection and monitoring\nAutomation, scripting and Terraform\nSoftware licensing, IT cost management and vendor management\nAI tools and integrations between AI and enterprise systems\nExperience with AWS is an advantage, and hands-on experience with AI, APIs, AI agents or similar integration technologies is highly valued. We want someone who likes to experiment, learn and turn new technology into practical solutions - rather than follow developments from the sidelines.\nWe do not expect you to know every technology we use today. You work independently and take responsibility from problem to solution, but also enjoy collaborating with developers, business users, external partners and the IT team.
