satisfaction targets\nAct as the client's primary contact and develop the customer relationship\nOwn HSSE performance and ensure quality and safety standards are met\nManage risks, changes and the project execution \nWork with vendors, subcontractors and function heads \nReport on progress and escalate execution problems promptly\n\nWhat we are looking for\nRelevant degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a service or project environment\nProven record of delivering projects to budget, schedule, quality and safety targets\nStrong commitment to HSSE and a safety-first leadership style\nExperience managing risks, changes, budgets and schedules, and negotiating with clients\nConfident communicator who builds trust with customers, vendors, subcontractors and colleagues\nAbility to lead and motivate project teams\nFluent English skills, Finnish and Swedish are an advantage\nAbility and willingness to travel globally\n\nWhat we
