Description\nSupport EPC projects for Electrical & Instrumentation systems from engineering stage to commissioning and handover.\n\nPreparation and review electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications, datasheets, panel GA drawings, cable schedules, loop drawings, and other technical documents.\n\nOversee contractors and vendors for E&I installations, loop checks, panel fabrication, and instrument calibration.\n\nMonitor and supervise site installation works including cable laying, cable tray/conduit installation, panel installation, instrument installation, and termination works.\n\nPrepare Cable schedule and cable route diagrams and conduit development\n\nSupport plant maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and modification works for electrical and instrumentation systems.\n\nConduct site walks and inspections to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and construction progress.\n\nGenerate field instruments, PLC I/O lists from P&IDs\n\nPrepare technical specifications, scope of work and BOQ documents.\n\nDesign of Control System Architecture / Network diagrams\n\nDesign of Panel Elevation drawings and GA, loop / wiring diagrams and control schematics.\n\nPrepare datasheets and purchase specifications for field instruments and control system\n\nPrepare basic control philosophy for the plant control system\n\nParticipate in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing activities.\n\nAssist in preparation and review of method statements, risk assessments, inspection test plans, and work procedures.\n\nEnsure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.\n\nPrepare daily/weekly progress reports and support project documentation activities.\n\nCoordinate with operation and maintenance teams during shutdowns, tie-ins, and plant modification works.\n\nCarry out other duties as may be assigned from time to time by supervisor / management.\n\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related discipline.\n\nExperience in EPC projects, industrial plants, process plants, water/wastewater treatment plants, or oil & gas industries preferred.\n\nGood knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, PLC/SCADA systems, field instruments, and industrial communication protocols.\n\nFamiliar with electrical and instrumentation standards, testing procedures, and safety requirements.\n\nAbility to review technical documents and provide site technical support.\n\nGood
