sites.\n2) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.\n3) Diagnose technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.\n4) Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support.\n5) Train clients and end-users on equipment operation and maintenance.\n6) Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and records of work performed.\n7) Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.\n8) Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.\n9) Advise customers on equipment upgrades or replacements when needed.\n10) Travel frequently to customer locations for service and support.\n11) Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and improvements.\n12) Share field feedback to improve product design and service.\n\nRequirement\nDiploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nAt least 2 years job related experience\nKnowledge and skills in the application of electrical engineering principles, processes and practices.\nKnowledge in regulations, codes and safety practices associated with electrical systems\nKnowledge of Office and engineering/technical related computer applications, databases and systems.\n\nComfortable to work 12 hour shift routine and on weekends\nSkills\nTest Equipment, Preventive Maintenance,
