And everyone, in their own unique way, plays an important part, every day.\nThe Senior Epic Client System Administrator supports, configures, and maintains Epic Client Systems to ensure reliable access to Epic applications across clinical and operational environments.I. Major Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, CareLink, Rover, Haiku.\nSupport daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.\nTroubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.\nParticipate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates, IRIS reinstall support, Kuiper and System Pulse operations.\nCollaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.\nActs as a technical leader and mentor to up and coming team members.\nAbility to effectively articulate recommended solutions to project teams, management, and executive leadership.\nTakes lead on large projects, initiatives, and complex changes.\nII. Position Qualifications\nLicense/Certification/Education:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nExperience/Skills:\nRequired:\n6+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.\nTechnical expertise in Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers.\nStrong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nEffective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.\nAbility to document procedures, configurations, and operational playbooks.\nAdaptability in fast-paced healthcare and cloud-migration environments.\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills for Epic client systems and Windows Server environments.\nProficiency with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and system management.\nUnderstanding of Azure, virtual infrastructure, and cloud-hosted workflows.\nAbility to manage client distribution tools and web/service server architecture.\nExperience supporting clinical and operational teams in a healthcare environment.\nStrong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational workflows.\nAbility to work in fast-paced, rapidly evolving technical environments.\nPreferred:\nExperience with Citrix, Azure, Imprivata, Layer 2/3 networking.\nEpic Certifications: Hyperspace Deployment Administration (Client Access to Hyperspace) and Web and Service Server Administration, including Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect, and Web BLOB/Business Continuity Access (BCA)/Epic Print Service (EPS). Candidates who do not possess these certifications at the time of hire must obtain them within 12 months of their start date.\nMicrosoft Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), and Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800/AZ-801).
