This role drives brand governance, digital engagement, and market intelligence to support commercial growth in line with Vision 2030 objectives. The incumbent will ensure all communications reflect SGR's operational excellence in refining, assay, and responsible sourcing.\nThe Marketing Manager will report directly to the Deputy CEO and will play a key role in translating technical capabilities into compelling market narratives. This position requires a professional who can bridge the gap between industrial operations and commercial strategy while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Marketing Manager is responsible for the following key areas:\nBrand Strategy Execution\nThe role defines and implements the brand strategy for SGR's product portfolio, ensuring consistency across all domestic and international channels.\nDigital Channel Management\nThis position oversees the corporate website and social media platforms to deliver accurate, timely, and engaging content to B2B stakeholders.\nMarket Intelligence Analysis\nThe Marketing Manager conducts regular competitive analysis and market research to inform pricing strategies and product development initiatives.\nContent Development\nThe role produces technical and commercial content, including white papers and case studies, that highlights SGR's refining and assay capabilities.\nEvent Coordination\nThis position plans and manages SGR's participation in industry conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.\nVendor Management\nThe Marketing Manager selects and oversees external agencies for digital marketing, design, and event logistics to ensure quality and cost efficiency.\nQualifications\n Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is required.\n Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B industrial or commodity sectors.\n Proven ability to manage brand strategy and digital marketing channels effectively.\n Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data interpretation.\n Excellent command of English and Arabic for written and verbal communication.\n Experience in managing external vendors and agency relationships.\n Knowledge of regulatory requirements for corporate communications in Saudi Arabia.\n Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.\nPreferred / Nice-to-have\n Master's degree in a relevant field.\n Previous experience in the precious metals or mining industry.\n Track record of successful event management in the GCC region.\nSuccess Metrics\n Achievement of annual lead generation targets from digital channels.\n Successful execution of brand refresh within the first six months.\n Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on marketing support effectiveness.\n Zero compliance violations in marketing materials during audits.\n Increased brand awareness metrics as measured by social media and web analytics.\n On-time and on-budget delivery of all major marketing campaigns and events.\n Completion of quarterly market intelligence reports with actionable insights.\nEqual Opportunity Statement:\nSaudi Gold Refinery welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
