Dentro de sus funciones, sin ser excluyentes:
- Asesorías a trabajadores de MLP en normativa legal vigente en Chile.
- Asesorías a MLP y empresas contratistas en normativas internas de MLP.
- Revisión documental de proyectos: antes durante y después de su ejecución.
- Asesorías en terreno a proyectos en ejecución.
- Auditorías y evaluaciones de los contratos vigentes que sostiene o sostendrá la minera (RECSS).
- Generar todos los informes y reportes que se requieran según períodos definidos de seguimiento
Su jornada laboral será . (4x3 ó 7x7 en forma ocasional).
Se requiere para el servicio profesional Ingeniero en Prevención de riesgos con al menos cinco (10) años de experiencia en minería, Sernageomin B, de preferencia en MLP, la razón de aquello es que este profesional debe conocer los estándares y procedimientos en particular de Los Pelambres.
