Sistematizar en Excel la información de consumo de combustible recibida desde los trabajos de campo.
Organizar y validar los sustentos asociados a cada consumo de los servicios de campo a nivel nacional
Revisar que la información registrada se encuentre completa y consistente.
Identificar consumos o registros que requieran validación y realizar seguimiento con los responsables.
Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes y matrices de control.
Dar seguimiento a pendientes.

Formación técnica o estudios en curso en Administración, Contabilidad, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en labores administrativas, digitación, control documentario o manejo de información.
Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio a avanzado.
Persona organizada, con atención al detalle, capacidad de seguimiento y proactividad.
