Als Laborant/in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und experimentelle Durchführung von Cell- und ELISA-basierten Testverfahren einschliesslich Datenauswertung und Dokumentation.
- Analytik von pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen in biologischen Matrizes mittels Ligand-Bindungsassays nach GLP-Richtlinien
- Aufarbeitung analytischer Proben aus klinischen und präklinischen Prüfungen sowie aus frühen Entwicklungsprojekten
- Bedienung und Betreuung der eingesetzten Analysengeräte
- Auswertung und Kontrolle von Labordaten
- Zusammenarbeit mit Studienleitern und Übernahme der Verantwortung bei der Zusammenstellung von Labordaten
- Annahme und Registrierung von Proben
Unterstützung des gesamten Teams bei allgemeinen Laboraktivitäten und der täglichen Planung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in oder abgeschlossenes Fachhochschulstudium (Bachelor)
- Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Bioanalytik
- Selbstständige, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse aus dem GLP- oder GMP-Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office, ggf. LIMS oder andere Laborsoftware)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
