The role is responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and translating those requirements into functional solutions. Business Analysts support the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations and organizational objectives.\nThe team supports a broad portfolio of ERP, EPM, reporting, and transformation initiatives, including Oracle EBS, cloud transformation, Power BI, finance-related projects, and emerging technology initiatives. The team is expanding due to resource movements to other strategic projects, creating a need for additional Business Analysts to support delivery priorities and maintain project momentum.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nBusiness Analysts are expected to:\nGather, analyze, and validate business requirements from a variety of stakeholders. \nFacilitate workshops and discussions to identify solutions and improvements.\nCreate functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. \nAct as the bridge between technical teams and business users throughout project delivery. \nSupport testing activities and ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs. \nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. \n What We Are Looking For:\nWhile ERP, SAP, Oracle, EPM, or finance process experience can be beneficial, the hiring managers are primarily looking for candidates with outstanding soft skills, strong communication abilities, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. While candidates can eventually work remotely, new joiners, especially those with less experience as an IT Business Analyst, are expected to spend time on-site during their first few months to accelerate learning, collaboration, and knowledge transfer.
