With over 145 years of service excellence, we combine the precision and accuracy that define Swiss companies to help organizations achieve the highest standards of quality, compliance, and sustainability.\n SGS is looking for a Business Development Executive - Tracking & Telematics Solutions to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships and expand our presence in the fleet management and smart mobility sectors.\nThis role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who understands the UAE’s vehicle tracking requirements and has experience working with car rental companies, leasing businesses, corporate fleets or government-related entities.\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in fleet management, vehicle tracking and telematics solutions.\nBuild and maintain relationships with car rental companies, vehicle leasing providers, corporate fleet operators and government or semi-government entities.\nPromote tracking and telematics solutions aligned with customer needs and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.\nDevelop business opportunities related to government-regulated tracking programmes, including SIRA, DoT and relevant emirate-specific requirements.\nPrepare sales proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate commercial terms and convert opportunities into business.\nMonitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.\n Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.\n2-3 years of business development or sales experience in fleet telematics, GPS/vehicle tracking, fleet management, transportation technology, mobility platforms or IoT solutions.\nProven experience selling to car rental companies, leasing providers, corporate fleet operators or similar business customers.\nUnderstanding of UAE regulatory tracking programmes, fleet compliance requirements and relevant government frameworks.\nExperience engaging with government or semi-government entities and smart mobility projects is highly desirable.\nStrong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.\nExcellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.\nValid UAE driving license.\n Ready to take the next step in your career?
