Contractors remain responsible for construction execution, methods and workforce management.\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.\nAt least 8 years of construction experience, including 3 years leading site teams as Construction Manager, Site Manager or equivalent.\nExperience in industrial/factory or building projects; consultancy supervision and coordination of CSA and MEP works preferred.\nRelevant professional credentials for the assigned duties and project requirements.
