- Experiencia liderando servicios similares (Operaciones y mantenimiento).

- Operación y Mantenimiento de Equipos de Bombeo y Manejo de aguas.

- Experiencia liderando equipos de supervisión de mantenimiento de equipos.

- Mantenimento y montaje de bombas centrífugas horizontales y sumergibles

- Coordinación y comunicación directa con el cliente

- Gestion de mantenimiento, indicadores de gestión (KPIs).

- Liderar y revisar los informes mensuales, negociar con el cliente.

Seguridad industrial

- Experiencia y conocimiento del Reglamento de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional en Minería y del decreto supremo Nro. DS 024-2016-EM.

- Sistemas de gestión de seguridad, KPIS.

- Elaboración de informes semanales, mensuales.

  • Ing. Mecánico, industrial, eléctricista, electrócnico, Administración.
  • Experiencia de 06 años (04 años supervisión y 02 años Liderando)
  • Dominio de microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, MS Proyect), AutoCAD.G7 (Lectura).
  • Disponibilidad paa laborar al interior del país bajo régimen minero
